 Pineapple Angel Food Cake

Ingredients:

• 1 angel food cake mix 

• 1 20-oz can crushed pineapple

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray or grease a 9 x 13 pan.

2. Mix together in a large bowl: cake mix and a can of pineapple until frothy.

3. Pour into pan and bake 40 - 45 minutes.

4. When cooled, top with RediWhip or other whipped topping. Sprinkle with chopped pecans and sliced maraschino cherries.
