 Ice Cream Sandwich Cake

Ingredients:

• 1 box of 12 regular ice cream sandwiches

• 1 c Oreo cookies, coarsely chopped

• 16 oz frozen whipped topping, thawed and divided

• Sprinkles

Instructions:

1. Fold together chopped cookies with 2 cups (8 oz) whipped topping. Set aside.

2. Unwrap ice cream sandwiches. Create a layer of 6 ice cream sandwiches.

3. Top with an even layer of the cookies and cream mixture.

4. Add the final layer of ice cream sandwiches.

5. Frost the entire cake with the remaining whipped topping.

6. Decorate the cake with sprinkles.

You can also garnish with chocolate or caramel syrup if desired.

7. Freeze until ready to serve.
