 Fruit Salad

Ingredients:

• 1 - 11-oz can mandarin oranges, drained

• 1 - 20-oz can pineapple chunks, drained

• 3 bananas, sliced

• 2 red apples, chopped

Ingredients for fruit sauce:

• 1 - 1.3 oz box sugar-free instant vanilla pudding

• 1 c skim milk

• 1/3 c orange juice concentrate

• 1 - 6 oz carton of low-fat banana yogurt

Instructions:

1. Beat sauce ingredients together with a wire whisk until smooth.

2. Combine with the fruit and chill.

3. Garnish with fruit and chill until ready to serve.
