Cranberry Pecan Chicken Salad
Ingredients:
• 3 cups cooked, shredded chicken
• 1⁄2 cup dried cranberries
• 1⁄2 cup chopped celery
• 1⁄2 cup chopped pecans
• 1 1⁄2 cups mayonnaises
• 2 Tbsp lemon juice
• 2 Tbsp sugar
• 1⁄2 tsp salt
• 1⁄4 tsp black pepper
Instructions:
1. Place chicken in a mixing bowl along with the cranberries, pecans, and celery and toss together.
2. Mix the mayo, lemon juice, sugar, salt, and pepper in a separate bowl.
3. Pour the mayo mixture over the chicken mixture and mix well.
4. Cover and refrigerate for a few hours before serving.
