Amazing Forgotten Chicken
Ingredients:
• 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts
• 2 c Minute Rice (brown rice preferred)
• 1 can of cream of mushroom soup
• 1 can of cream of chicken soup
• 1 can of water
• 1 envelope of onion soup mix
• 1 tbsp butter
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Using butter, grease a 9”x 13” casserole dish.
2. Mix in a medium bowl: mushroom soup, chicken soup, rice, and water.
3. Pour into the pan and spread out evenly. Put chicken on top.
4. Sprinkle onion soup over the top evenly. Cover with foil to trap moisture.
5. Bake for 1-1 1⁄2 hours until chicken is fully cooked.
6. Remove foil and let sit for a few minutes before serving.
