Yorkshire Pudding
Ingredients:
- 4 tbsp butter or beef drippings
- 1 cup flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 cup milk
Instructions:
1. Heat the oven to 350 degrees and let the butter melt in an 8x8 pan while mixing the pudding. Pan must be hot! To double the recipe, use an 11x13 pan.
2. Beat eggs until light. Add milk, sifted flour, and salt, and beat for a full 3 minutes.
3. Pour into the hot pan with the melted butter or drippings.
4. Bake for 40 minutes. Serve immediately.
