 Tamale Casserole

Ingredients:

• 3 XLNT large tamales (or 6 small)

• 1 lb hamburger

• 1⁄4 chopped onion

• 1⁄2 chopped bell pepper

• 2 diced tomatoes

• 1 small can chopped black olives

• Shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions:

1. Brown and season hamburger with garlic salt, pepper and a pinch of oregano.

2. Drain meat. Add shredded tamales and chopped vegetables and continue cooking.

3. Place in a 9” x 13” casserole. Top with cheese.

4. Bake at 350 degrees for 1⁄2 hour. Cover with foil when cool.
