 Spinach & Feta Turkey Burgers

Ingredients:

• 2 eggs, beaten

• 1 10-oz pkg frozen chopped spinach,

thawed & squeezed dry

• 2 cloves garlic, minced

• 2 lbs ground turkey

• 4 oz feta cheese

• 1⁄4 cup bread crumbs

Instructions:

1. Preheat an outdoor grill to medium-high heat and lightly oil the grate.

2. While the grill is preheating, mix the eggs, garlic, feta cheese, spinach, turkey, and bread crumbs in a large bowl until well combined, then form the mixture into 8 patties.

3. Cook on preheated grill until no longer pink in the center, 15 to 20 minutes. Serve with or without buns and your favorite condiments.

Note: Two handfuls of fresh spinach can be substituted. If using, steam for a few minutes.
