Confetti Spaghetti

Ingredients:

• 1 pkg (12 oz) spaghetti (angel hair okay to use)

• 1 1⁄2 lb ground beef

• 1 medium bell pepper, chopped

• 1 medium onion, chopped

• 1 can (14 1⁄2 oz) sliced tomatoes, undrained

• 1 can (8 oz) tomato sauce

• 1 tbsp brown sugar

• 1 tsp salt

• 1 tsp chili powder

• 1⁄2 tsp pepper

• 1⁄4 tsp garlic powder

• 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper

• 3⁄4 c shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cook spaghetti

according to package directions. Meanwhile, cook beef, green pepper, and onion over

medium heat in a large skillet until meat is no longer pink. Drain

spaghetti and add to the meat mixture.

2. Transfer mixture to a greased 9 x 13” baking

dish. Cover and bake for 30 minutes. Uncover and

sprinkle with cheese. Bake until cheese is melted,

about 5 minutes longer. Makes 12 servings, 259

calories each (not bad).
